We offer a 14-day free trial period on all plans. This allows users to learn how to use the platform and even test running batches of Facebook Ads before starting their subscription period. The 14-day trial period begins after we have reviewed your assets, invited you to join the program, and you have provided payment details.
Your first month paid subscription starts automatically, and continues unless you cancel your subscription.
Yes, we’ve designed our plans flexibly so you can activate or deactivate brand workspaces as your needs change. Once you add a new brand workspace, your first month subscription period will begin immediately.
If at any time you need more brand workspaces than your tier allows, you can add more at $1k/mo/workspace on the single brand plan or $500/mo/workspace on the multi brand plan.
If you need to generate Ads for multiple brands, you might want to upgrade to a multiple brands plan, which allows unto 10 pages and 1,000 Ads per month.
If you are paying for multiple brand workspaces, you can deactivate workspaces you are not using. When you deactivate a workspace, we will continue to store all your assets, generated Ads, and all the insights that you’ve already learned using Pencil in that workspace. If it is an additional workspace beyond your tier quota, charges for the workspace will stop at the end of your billing period. You can re-activate workspaces yourself at any time as long as your account is active.
When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to your account and all workspaces entirely and all charges will stop at the end of your billing period. If you want to restart a cancelled subscription, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
No, during the free trial period you get full access to the features of the tier you signed up for.
No. All plans are monthly recurring contracts, and you always have the option to pause or cancel a plan before the end of each subscription period. If you want to commit to a discounted annual plan, please contact email@example.com.
You can easily pay online via major credit cards. We can also provide you with an invoice if you prefer, payable within 30 days.
We provide a free 14-day trial period. After this, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel within the free trial period, you will not be billed and service will continue until the end of the free trial.
If you cancel after the free trial period, you will be receive a final bill at the end of your current billing cycle. If for any reason you’re unhappy with Pencil, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us via chat inside the app, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, give us a detailed account of what happened, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Your plan’s generous quota refers to the number of Ads you generate and then either approve, download or export into your connected Facebook Ads Manager account(s). All the ads generated by Pencil that you don’t use, are not counted towards your quota. If you want to use more Ads than your quota allows, you can pay for additional ads on a per Ad basis, as follows: $10/ad on the single brand plan and $5/ad on the multi-brand plan.
We understand that the number of ads you need each month may vary. If you don’t use up all of your monthly quota of ads, your unused quota will roll over for an additional month automatically.
